At our school we are committed to training recreational boaters with high quality standards. With proven experience in teaching, our trainers hold national qualifications as well as International Certificates of Competence "Yachtmaster offshore". Trainers in the areas of first aid and marine engine mechanics collaborate with us, thus ensuring complete and comprehensive training.

APPROVAL AND CERTIFICATIONS

Our School is approved by the DGRM and all the courses we teach are certified by the same institution.

RULES FOR FOREIGN CITIZENS

EU citizens not residing in Portugal can attend recreational navigation courses and take the respective exams. However, they are subject to the resolution of Appeal n.º 639/05.8 BEPRT – of the Central Administrative Court of the North. Until the final decision, guides are issued every 90 days.

COURSES

VHF OPERATOR

The certificate, or VHF letter, allows coastal or local vessel stations to operate on VHF, and is valid for 5 years.

SAILOR'S CARD

The formation of the sailor's license is part of our recreational navigation courses. In this course, you will have access to all the knowledge necessary to navigate safely, with the title and certificate of Sailor and in accordance with national navigation rules.

The Local Patron chart is part of our recreational navigation courses. In this course, you will have access to all the knowledge necessary to navigate safely, with the title and certificate of Local Patron and in accordance with national navigation rules.

The Patrão de Costa charter is part of our recreational sailing courses. In this course, you will have access to all the knowledge necessary to navigate safely, with the title and certificate of Patrão de Costa and in accordance with national navigation rules.
